Collabrador is a software project in development. This website introduces planned collaboration software for Rhino and Grasshopper.

Privacy notice

This notice covers the coming-soon website and enquiries sent to its contact address. Alexander Grasser-Parger, at the address above, is responsible for this processing.

Visiting the website

The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Delivering and protecting the website involves processing technical request data, which may include your IP address, requested resources and traffic information. The purpose is to provide a reliable, secure website; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The teaser itself does not set cookies, store visitor identifiers or load analytics, advertising or embedded social media. Fonts and images are served with the website. The interactive illustration runs in your browser and does not send your interactions to us.

Contacting us

If you email us, we process your email address, the name you provide and your message to respond to your enquiry. Correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough context to answer. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or confidential model files.

For general enquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where its conditions are met.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare provides website delivery and security, and Google provides email services. These providers and their subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their published data-processing terms describe transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. You can ask us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry correspondence only while it is needed to answer and follow up on the enquiry, or to meet an applicable legal retention duty or resolve a dispute. Correspondence is deleted when those purposes no longer apply. Technical request data is subject to the hosting provider's service and security retention arrangements.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Contact contact@collabrador.live to exercise your rights.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority. We do not use this website's visitor data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
